there's nothing on MacEwan's portal. most likely upgrading the existing parking lot to paved and such.

Perhaps more site remediation. The MacEwan site has a lot of in-ground hydrocarbons from the former train yards. The area we know as the Residence and now Allard Hall, was a refueling point for locomotives many decades ago, and this spot looks to be the remaining portion of the site that may not be done yet. Any project of substance that MacEwan builds seems to require a substantial site remediation project to be completed before the development begins.
