That river valley view is absolutely killer
Neutral design generally has longer laster appeal though it can appear bland and soulless. Easier to sell down the line though than flashy design. It seems to me that so many of these fancy places are quite bland. Obviously professionally designed and staged but just...soulless? And oh, so very much beige. I'd take that last one if they happened to be giving it away though. Those views!!!
Yes, although perhaps it suffers in comparison to the pictures posted just before it of the home with more character. I suppose bigger can be impressive and having a lot of space is certainly nice too, but it can be challenging to make all that space interesting and it you can't it does not reflect well on the owner. It seems to me that so many of these fancy places are quite bland. It is also a factor that white/beige can be more of a white canvas for whatever a new owner wants to do, decoration-wise, and some finishes will always be somewhat timeless. I strongly doubt that most of these places would end up looking as "soulless" with people actually living in them, bringing in their own tastes in furniture, and decor, as well as simply having day-to-day items around. It seems to me that so many of these fancy places are quite bland. This might literally be my dream home lol
I've always wanted a bathroom large enough to hold dance competitions in. Guess I've finally found it!
Please, and I mean PLEASE tell me that is an April Fool's AI joke.
