Expressed future interest, although NorQuest is definitely trying to tie up what it can with indeterminate funding.
Yes, it seems like a lot of empty space, but when you take out the park, what Norquest has and will likely need for expansion it does not leave that much and some of those lots are being filled already or will be soon.The 10 year outlook of the Warehouse district is pretty great. The only other substantial lots that will be available are the neighbouring lots to Quest.
Good enough for Edmonton…6 storeys is a 'high-rise' in Edmonton.
