As much as I hate seeing this. There was a lot of Mechanical in the Annex that was for the Parkade after the renovations. This appears to be the only way to update the equipment.
 
We'll probably some other piece of sh!t constructed if the old Provincial Museum is demolished!

Ya, but they could have atleast put in the effort to make it look nice. It's the freaking Legislature grounds.

Say what you want about the City but at least they put the effort in, even on pump stations.

A little off-topic, but it will be a good day when they re-configure this intersection. They can fix all of this with a traffic circle.

And if they do this, then you don't really need to have the 109 st bridge approach split either

Turn that road into a MUP, extend Ezio Faraone Park a little bit, keep 97 avenue open for local traffic.

I wouldn't think that reducing access to the high level bridge by 50% will help traffic in the area much. It backs up across the whole bridge at rush hour, the choke point isn't necessarily this intersection.
