Taken 20 March. This is on Wales northeast of Bellevue and Dundas. Row of units going up and a new laneway house on the opposite corner.

I wrote a paper on this about 10 years ago! Homeowners should band together to allow a single builder to develop a row of laneway houses across their properties in order to increase the economy of scale because these things are not cheap. Glad to see an example of it! I also suggested that the design work be done by new architects/students in order to vary the design style and decrease the costs as well.

Just off Jane and St. Clair West. This is the furthest laneway house to the northeast that I have ‘discovered!’

Homewood and Peckham near Bathurst and Steeles. First time I've seen this in this area. I'm sure not the only one but hard to see these from the street. In this case a corner lot.
