I agree. Great project, but the ground floor is missing something. Hopefully the retail signs and activity will help with that, along with lighting at night. A couple planters with bushes would have helped as well.
Very curious to see who they get as tenants. The strip of Bank south of Somerset has a pretty good mix, so hopefully they price these to attract some decent tenants.
 
Any word on potential tenants for the commercial space on the ground floor?

edit: didn't see the post above mine haha, but I second the question of tenants. Hoping for some decent non-chain options, but not holding my breath

Is this building is both a rental apartment building with unit owned and managed by Taggart and a condominium with owner-occupied units? How does that work?
 
Looks great. Value engineering done with the screens didn't have a detrimental impact on the final look.
