How are they as a reputable builder? They have a bunch of projects in north york including World On Yonge, Royal Gardens, and Eko.

How are their build quality?

I bought into Tor-bel's Park Plaza development pre-construction, and a friend bought PC into their more recent Town Plaza building, on Sheppard W. Our experience in the two buildings suggests that Tor-bel may be cutting corners in the newer units. But overall the units are nice enough, for relatively basic buildings.

It's also a long ways from opining their construction methods are a bit shoddy to suggesting they may be a front for the terrorist war against the west....
