Retail plaza acquired by Hazelview Investments in August 2024. Can likely do a tower and midrise here. Not sure if 2 towers can fit.

That's really helpful to contextualize everything that's in the area! Would you be able to show roughly the same view, but from further east so the full length of Marlee, including the developments on the north side of Marlee/Eglinton up to Marlee/Lawrence are in the frame?
