I guess this would give the Commerce Court III a Yonge Street address? Though this would be an awkward way of doing so.

Bingo. But it boggles my mind that they are hoping to add those awkward floors above the hotel instead of just gerrymandering the property line to Yonge Street discreetly. Especially since the tower floorplate and its overall office area are massive.
 
Interesting, so this is the part I don't understand. Why is Lanterra, a traditionally residential developer, involved in the purchase of 60 Yonge, and how does that relate to 25 King? Is part of this CF related or something, since Lanterra is a, IIRC, a subsidiary or at least in some way related to CF, are they not?
Sorry, I replied yes too quickly. I thought @Automation Gallery had posted in the Hotel Victoria thread. I have since moved all the posts to the correct thread for Hotel Victoria. 60 Yonge is still Lanterra's.
