I hope a LED screen will be installed on top of the marquee like the renders and it's not just a static sign.

Yes, I know the original render showed it, but typical Ottawa, you can't always rely on what is proposed or approved. We often get different, cheaped-out versions in real life.

It looks like the wiring coming out of the facades aligns with the lighting/LED screens in the rendering, for both the marquee and the vertical light strips. Let's hope!

Like with most projects (academic or paid work), they seem to wait to finish the job until the very last minute
