May's the only unifying force within the Greens. Tons of infighting for anyone outside of her. They'll have to move on eventually but I feel as if the co-leader setup would actually work well for them, and i'm surprised it's something the NDP federally haven't floated at some point.
I noticed her birthday is Sunday and she will turn 71. The party needs to move on immediately at this point as the only alternative is they have to Joe Biden her in an election year when she's 74 years-old. She's had her time and chances. Move on now, not three months before the next election.
 
She has said this before but when 'push comes to shove' seems unable to tear herself away and is back on top again. Her heart is in the right place but it is time for new blood, and the Greens have it if she REALLY steps aside.
Hopefully their next leader to replace May is not a raging narcissist.
