True. Although you have to consider the interiors are likely well along despite the exterior skin dragging along.

Sometimes you see the exterior rise with the super structure and then you see the material lift sit there for another 18 months while the rest of the building gets fitted. Similar to Hintonburg down the street.

I pass by this one quite often and it's still moving sooo slowwww. It feels like the exterior has not changed since the last photo update.

Agreed. Slowest cladding job ever. It was the same with OCH's Gladstone/Rochester buildings; took a while for cladding to start, and when it did, it was slow (and still ongoing).

I know right? Walked up the MUP from Gladstone the other day and got teased. Another tease off in the distance and still showing a lot of blueskin was the OCH buildings at Gladstone and Rochester. I know they are moving on brick in certain sections but from Gladstone station you wouldn't know it.

2nd slowest after that midrise on Cyrville. They were moving kitchen cabinets at the beginning of winter and still not a single piece of cladding.

And the other side is still about 50/50 on that grey wrap and what I can only assume is Roxul?

Is that really Roxul? Seems to be. How is it that you can place that outside and get wet. Somebody please correct me if it isn't.
