I am incredibly alright with this. It's something a little different than what we get from the RLA/NEUF/Hobin triumvirate. Height for phase 1 is 103m, only 1m shorter than the original plan.

So tower 1 is building C and is part of Phase 1. Tower 3 is building A and Phase 3. That's not confusing

I've heard this will start in June. Noticed a new master site plan on devapps posted early march.
Tower A (furthest from Gladstone) is still planned to be the first.

I could bet you CLV is sitting on 900 albert until the arena is U/C and then sell it to a big time developper.

Oh 100%. There isn't much value in developing now as it depends on the Toronto market being so hot that investors decide to come to Ottawa instead.
