Pretty significant building, almost as tall as Marriot Renaissance. It's neat to see the T-Bone skyline form between The Great Clump and Tunneys and then down to Little Italy. Looking forward to whatever the Sens are building to start filling in another gap in The Great T-Bone.
Throw some tall buildings on the Gatineau side and we will have a concave/cup shaped skyline.

It's really interesting to see the growth follow the O-Train.

As Odenak is beginning to wrap up it's exterior envelope, I would imagine this spot will be the new top topic for us. Renaissance will be topped out and closing in on mostly finished on the exterior before this thing rises out of the ground.

Until OCH starts building the next 3 towers of Gladstone Village all at once.

True. This project just has the height going for it. By a good margin too.
Next three Gladstone Village towers will be 8, 24 and 30 floors based on the current plan. Hoping they gain a few more floors. This project is till taller so far through.

Gladstone Village might go up at the same time as the 24s tower on Arlington, Minto's 19s tower on Isabella and Brigil's first tower on Catherine. Another area of the city that will experience massive change over the next few years.
The changes in that corridor would be massive and can completely change the look of the city and give it a more big city feel. Not sure about the Minto tower - it looks awfully stagnant for the time being.

They resubmitted the application earlier this year, so hopefully we see some movement. Might not be until they finish the Wellington West/Parkdale project though.

With all the new development along Line 2, I can't comprehend how the City isn't rushing to expand frequency and capacity by twinning Walkley and Dow's Lake stations.

Well that would be a probable multi year shut down. As a semi frequent user of Line 2... Honestly .. dear god no. Please.. leave it be. I'm fine with 12 minutes if I can use the darn thing.

That ship sailed. Thank your previous councils.

Even last year the ridership blew expectations out of the water. The original plan is to twin the whole route in like 10-15 years but honestly it should be happening a lot sooner.
