Fu's Repair Shop is expanding to the second floor in their building, I think for some karaoke rooms and additional dining space. Makes sense considering how popular they've been.

Bad news: Rigoletto's is now closed at Clair Estates with a credit notice posted on their door.
Good news: El Furniture Warehouse finally opened this past weekend! I hope they flood-proofed the premises this time.
