Can’t remember the project name. SW Corner of Heritage and Macleod tr has construction trailers and excavators on the lot. Hopefully that means that vacant lot is a go!

Closer to Okotoks (16km), than the city centre (20km). The "unicity" approach creates some weird investment distributions once you get to a city of our scale.

I'm also reminded that Spruce Meadows wanted to do and maybe still will want to do a Fieldhouse on their land in Foothills. So there could be a similar facility nearby, just outside city limits.

It's 210th and Macleod, so just barely west and super far south. That slough or creek valley or whatever it is west of Macleod really makes the area seem extra sparse.
