Between this, the Western Block (corner of 10th Ave and 1st), and the building in Inglewood that's in Jeopardy; we are losing a lot of irreplaceable character architecture for limited gain.

I just Googled the street view of that building, and it was perfectly intact as of 2020. The process of deliberately allowing the building to deteriorate beyond repair was a strategy employed by the owners. I hope they are cursed with that land and that it remains a park space forever so that they're never permitted to build there. (I know I'm delusional but wishful thinking)
