There’s a construction project underway near the SE corner of 75th Ave and Elbow Drive right in behind the strip mall. Nothing shows in DMAP, does anybody know what’s being built?

The government website has the location wrong, but this is it:

Construction of a new senior's assisted living facility in the Kingsland neighbourhood of southwest Calgary. Upon completion, the facility will have 111 suites available. The proponent has applied for a building permit with the City of Calgary on February 19, 2021.

I thought the same thing! Example, The Edward in Marda Loop (next to C-Space) is nicer than any of the condos that have gone up in the area.

Well, the old people stay inside and enjoy the many shades of beige and taupe, the rest of us can appreciate the exterior of their spaces at lease lol.

These kinds of improvements fly under the radar. They aren't massive projects and aren't the improvements aren't as overt as others, but they really do alot toward building up the inner city and the cycling pedestrian infrastructure.
