The SUDD is recommending against the demolition of one of the buildings (35-37 rue Kent), I hope the developer can work around it (or convince Council to approve the demolition).

Nice project. I love seeing all this new residential in Hull, and a good variety of densities as well. The maisons allumette are getting awfully tired. I am sure some will be preserved, which is great, but it's time for Hull to put on it's big boy pants.

Would have thought that they would have wanted some commercial at ground level on Laval, as this is right in the strip of restaurants that is seeing a bit of a renaissance.
