The only thing that is a bit unfortunate about the development in Collingwood is that they built Callary Crescent which has houses on the old railway ROW. It would have been nice to have a weekend run to Collingwood year round.

It's exciting to see sophisticated urban design in small towns in Ontario. It makes me want to visit when it's completed.
The channels are beautifully surrounded by architecture for housing and businesses like retail and dining. It's how I'd like the Port Lands to be redeveloped, along with athletic facilities that are well integrated into the area.
