Oh I think there are many seats in rural Saskatchewan or Alberta that would be an absolute look. Complete slam dunks.

Andrew Scheer's riding in Saskatchewan, for instance? Wouldn't it be ironic if the Ottawa guy who ran in Saskatchewan was replaced by the guy with family from Saskatchewan who ran in Ottawa?

Although, I doubt Scheer would give up a secure, good paying job again.

Often as a courtesy to a PM or Opposition Leader in a by election, the other main party does not run a candidate against them. However, that has does not always happen. We will see if the Liberals run someone here or not.

Poilievre must have been rattled from his loss. Could he have chosen a safer seat? At least now, it may also become clearer to people in Ontario that he is not really representing them.
