Sigh - just in time for the long weekend, and the Heritage Festival.

Agree it's pretty disappointing, but I have enjoyed being able to breathe for the first summer in years!Aside from later this week and a bit of hot weather at the start of the month, sure been a mild, rainy and windy July this year. Pretty disappointing.
Was in Hinton a couple weekends ago, and we had about 3 hours of sunlight over the course of 4 days. Invested in a decent tarp as soon as I got home.I've gone camping three times since mid-June and have had a total of one full-sun and hot day, which was on the last day of one of our trips as we were packing up to leave. It feels like most of the few really nice days we've had have fallen mid-week. I'm off next week so I'm hoping that rain doesn't stick around too long.
Good article, but what the hell is with this graph?![]()
Edmonton weather: has it really been THAT cool this summer?
There’s been a lot of chatter about the lack of heat this summer. But, that’s more perception than reality when you look at the numbers and there’s some recency bias playing into that perception.www.ctvnews.ca
