Doubt they could run the LRT along the length of the pipeline ROW considering all the utilities required.
If that were the case, then they could go farther west to 231st street from the Lewis Farms Rec Centre site, south to Whitemud drive and then east to the same destination point at Enoch. The point is that the problem is not unsolvable. In fact, considering the build-out that Enoch is considering that might even be a better option with a stop at their proposed event centre and another at the hotel/casino complex.

Now what about any upgrades to whitemud drive, the road should be vastly improved with all this potential development happening
Highway 628 upgrades to the Edmonton corporate limit are in the design phase right now, so I think there will probably have to be improvements coming to match what will be constructed there.

Yeah any pipeline ROW is a no-go for LRT.
