Yeah. I went to Belgravia Hub for brunch and snapped the pic from the LRT station.
The neighbourhood will likely need more retail space with the planned apartments that are going up. I think a convenience store of some kind would be great in this location, especially with McKernan school being a safe 2 min walk away via the underpass...

Could not agree more. I love the idea of 76 Avenue adding a few more commercial spots to create a much more walkable and 15 minute hood.

Yes. I prefer 10 minutes, maybe because it is more realistic about how far people will walk and it also happens to be how far I have to walk between various important things.

FYI - there is a nice CRU on the full east side facing the LRT station with room for a small patio.
