Feel like that lot has been grass since I’ve lived in Edmonton. I’m going with when hell freezes over.

Aldritt also owns the land SW corner SPR and 142s. What are they so busy with that they're just letting them sit? Hoping to flip?

Same with the lot on 111 St & 19 Ave where a 7-11 used to be. I know there's a massing rendering for that site and we were told that it was going to go ahead...but crickets since then.

They don't seem to want to do much with their land, aside from put out renderings.

Nice to see the building ended up being a foot above grade. That rendering stressed me out showing it flush lol.
