Their revenue is actually down over 25% since the LRT construction blocked them off from the world, but I agree, the community has continued to support them - which is great.

The sad thing is they were supposed to expand and takeover the old flower shop adjacent to them as well, but with the revenue drop they had to abandon those plans. Maybe something they will revisit once all the construction is done?

I thought they were in the midst of expansion considering they've posted as such on their social media?
 
I am wrong often - but this time, it has worked out for the best :)
It could be a bit of both in this case. The best time to do construction/expansion is when other construction is happening. They could have been doing very well and still had the 25% reduction in customers, and chose to expand now, knowing that the construction won't last forever.

Yes, if you are doing well and have a 25% reduction it is not as bad as having a 25% reduction when you are not doing well and of course the construction is temporary. The full context matters.
