This one had no chance once the pit next door stopped, the plan was likely to let the Jameson go first. Whoever takes over is still going to be delayed by the pit so it's probably nothing more than a lot to buy and sit on until you can flip it.

I mean, besides the headache of repairing/filling in the open and deteriorating construction pit, these two seem like they would be a great site for a larger developer to pick up.
