Walked by this morning and the signs are now up for Brown's Craft House.
Took a sneak peak inside because the door was open and it looks damn near complete in there, I have to imagine they will be opening up soon.

Haven't filled up and multiple new projects have come online. I think this is a super nice building in a great location. But its not close to the train and for the same price you can be right in the core. I think they miss out on some key demographics for uni and downtown workers because of that.
Still really love this tower though and hope it succeeds. Bad luck on timing. 3 years prior and I bet it would have been filled. Hopefully universities returning in the fall give all these rentals some relief. Id imagine this being a sick spot for a macewan student.
