Well its called the Louvre, not the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so I sure hope it is stabilized.

Fortunately we are not in an earthquake zone and building standards here seem to be fairly rigorous, so I hope stable buildings are the general rule and not some exceptional accomplishment.
