What is fauxchitecture? Is the legislature fauxchitecture because it borrows design elements from the Greeks and Romans?

@chrisvazquez7 Beaux-Arts architecture was still in style when the Alberta Legislature was built. Edwardian architecture has not been in style in we had a head of state by that name.

Edwardian Revival has a nicer ring to it I dig it.

Actually, the style sits nicely in the idiom "Post Modern", not quite as much in vogue for the past couple of decades, but still evident from time to time. Anyway, these guys carried it off exceptionally well.
