Not great time with interest rates. Homes in Toronto are dropping prices by 100k or more already.

Smallish market for this product in this location, but reasonably well priced and so I dont worry too much about them.

I like neighbourhood and street in front of it, but I don't like the busy street right beside it (97/98 avenue). That would stop me from buying one of these, but that's probably not a big deal for others

Until very recently I had friends living in the 90s row housing across from these and it was not a big deal at all... especially in the warmer months with canopy.

It looks so good with those nice big trees. I imagine the noise is not too noticeable if you are in a unit in a bit from the main road.

I don't think the noise will be pervasive other than a few jerky bikes or cars.
