To clarify she played a pivotal role in getting the Clifton approved through the planning approvals. Which they have. The only thing holding this back right now is sales. It's all about financing right now. I suspect you'll see this one start up come the fall.Katie Schneider

How much appetite is there in Edmonton for premium apartment property like this? Edmonton just never really strikes me as a market where people would desire this over a single family home in more affluent areas.

It's a city with over a million people. People have businesses and people have money. They just have to find people that want river valley views and urban living.
