Well, it’s always been like that since Milner re-opened last fall (it’s worse when it’s colder
outside). Thankfully they have their own security or else it would be impossible for staff to deal with things.

I know Second Cup had a lease in place already but I would've much preferred a local coffee joint like Transcend, Credo, The Colombian, etc. to move in, as they are similarly priced and actually make good coffee (the last couple drinks I had from that Second Cup were not good at all). Hopefully when the lease is up, Second Cup pulls out and a local cafe can move in.
