I find the entrance to the hotel sandwiched between two parkades to be very unappealing, then next to that there is the nice revolving door that seems to often out of service these days.
Unfortunately it is also next to the bleakest part of the mall, but other than those three strikes it is ok. It probably worked better when that end of the mall actually had a number of stores and was more lively, but that isn't something the hotel can do a lot about. Although, maybe they should move their restaurant down to the main level and take up some of the nearby empty space.
If they can improve the entrance somehow that would help a lot.
