Did Niche ever finish any mutlifam developments? They certainly have/had big aspirations but it screams of biting off a bit more than they could chew (or continue receiving financing for).

the St Al project being stalled causes a problem because they closed the right turning lane onto St Al trail.

Niche also has another project that is moving at a snail's pace on 99 street and ~84 ave.

That one looked dead as well. I saw some geothermal guys there but they have left and it doesn't look like they finished either.

Don't know if this is a good sign this project is back on track but the snow was cleared on site and the equipment was moved.

Apparently this project is coming back to life on Monday. Niche said they had issues with the shoring steel. they had to go through insurance and have only now rectified the problem. On Monday they are removing the steel already in place and starting over. Plans to move forward are to come. ( this doesn't say why their other sites were shut down as well).

Well remobilization did not happen Monday and still no movement today. so I figure this is going to be an eyesore for a while.
