It’s been really coming together now. Not totally sold on the all black but it’s certainly sleek. I wonder how far from completion they are now.

I would say it is sort of a slight improvement from what was there before. I suppose the updated style is a plus, although the older building had more charm, maybe because it was not as overpowering.

The second level is nice, but I think where it misses the mark is the lower level is such a big blank wall. I suppose it is a private members club, so perhaps that keep out vibe is intentional.

Disagree when heading westbound on Victoria Trail, it looks really good (eastbound as well but you see more of the building coming westbound). The actual renovation on the inside is well done as well (nearly complete).

This angle is... ok... but it looks good from the front. Interior is really nice.

Does anyone know if there is still some more exterior work to be completed to tie-in the retained portion of the building with the new expansion? Some more painting like the SE elevation of the building?
