I attended an event in the new event space on levels 3/4. They added a couple washrooms on level 4 (no longer have to travel all the way to the basement), but signage isn't up so nobody knew they were there.
While the space looks quite good, the acoustics are awful. The entire thing is concrete and glass with no treatment. After only a few people were there it was too loud and the reverb made it impossible to hold any conversation. Attendees were escaping to the hallways and patios to talk. Whoever runs the event space needs to apply some treatments to solve it.
