Yup. Lots of renaming going on. The building I live in currently is looking for a new name to get rid of "Grandin" from the moniker.

I do like the texturing on some of the panels. Overall, I can’t really complain about how this one has shaped up, not to set the bar so low but it’s amplitudes better than 121 West nearby.

not a fan of the balcony railings… but having just done our balcony railing on the garage suite, prices are stupid right now. Those top Juliet balconies just look like they ran out of material to finish constructing a proper balcony lol
