I agree! It looks like there's a brewery opening behind Brewery District on 105 Avenue again, but this corner of the district is just begging for something. Must have some high lease rates.

Zwicks must be doing more at another location. They supply quite a few places with Pretzels and they now have a small bites pretzel line I saw at a couple of places now.

They are relocating, this will be their new location! Excited to try them.

I was wondering if Zwicks would relocate at some point. They're super popular and their existing location is small and freezing in the winter. They'll be a bit further from my house if they move, but the building their current location is in needs to be redeveloped soon in my opinion, so this is a first step ;-)

I have to imagine they are pretty happy where they are based on the amount of revenue they bring in, compared to the below market rent they pay in that Class-D building

Some lease pending signs in the windows and one new tenant will be Western Sandwich Company.

Imagine a residential thing in the SW corner with underground parking and the top become park/patio vibes. Probably just a pipe dream…
