I think it would be nice if this area develops with a good mix of tall, mid size and existing buildings. It is a better feel than just a lot of tall buildings where the view is just the window of the high rise across the street.

Wasn’t able to grab a photo as I was just driving by but the first few glazing panels have gone up on the northeast side of the building. Lots of glass and very little spandrel. I have a feeling this is going to be a very sharp and clean looking building once completed

Really hoping all these new towers lease up super fast with rental market shifts and create a bit of a snowball for new projects starting, especially the phase 2s of a few DT projects.

Love the look of this one! Interested to see where prices come out to. Seems higher quality than a few others nearby possibly.
