The lights from all of those units provide a warm feeling. Great to see this fill up quickly in the ~1 year it's been open.

It should be getting close to 75-80%+ in this market and so I could see Tower 2, especially with the student housing initiative, getting lined up for spring 2026 or so.

Seems New: Also Taller than the 1st tower

Likely some student incentive funding is going to this project - and that list should come out very soon.

I hope that not too many of those student units were approved for this one large project just because I would like to see as many projects happen as possible. But good news to have this move ahead.

These twin high-rise projects by Langham have made a superior difference in terms of the urban "feel" along 104th street. They kind of "own" the street. Makes me ponder where they will go next... 105th?
