Bring it on Ian....we know you know something. Especially after your back and forth with Wosnack on LinkedIn.....
I'll bite. They should have just be getting occupancy in the next couple weeks. First move ins were scheduled for Aug 15th. When I toured last month I figured it looked much more like a Sept 1-Sept 15th move in. October/November if you want to live in a completed project.Any word on lease up? Tower 2?

Probably not the best way to attract tenants now by highlighting there may be a construction site nearby and the views may change.I'll bite. My review of the building isn't negative. Nice units, very good views in all directions, especially looking north and south. The rooftop amenity space was impressive. The balconies were massive. The location is very good.
I think they will lease this one up quickly. They won't really acknowledge tower 2 unless you ask about it, though.
I think he's raising the question because the developer left Falcon 2 up in the air, saying it depends on how Falcon 1 does. I don't know if it'd be worth doing an entire separate project in the time it takes to make that call, but it'll certainly be interesting to see if they move on Falcon 2 next or not.Yes, Langham owns the lot directly south of Falcon 1, ergo making it the future home of Falcon 2. Wouldn’t the next logical construction phase for them be Flacon 2? One would surmise that it would behoof them to buy another lot while “Falcon 1 fills.” If you were them wouldn’t you start Falcon 2 next rather than buy another lot? What a confusing question you just asked…..![]()
