Agreed! Especially since it entirely filled that weird gap in the skyline when you make the bend in 102 Ave. And ESPECIALLY compared to the older proposals for that site that were shoddy and low-rent Fort Mac-esque at best! This is a "right proper banger" of a tower to quote the Brits!

A partial new sidewalk?

Seems like it. I wish/hope they would do all the sidewalks around the building.

It's very uneven and lots of trip hazards for a high traffic area.

Makes you wonder who was at the helm of this sidewalk project.

The north side will get done with LRT, as will the first ~20' on 103st.

I find it a bit odd that they're repairing that sidewalk now when The Helm is open. I think this should have done before.
