I want Encore to fill their CRUs, though I imagine that will be greatly hindered by the never-ending construction in the vicinity.

I think the only business that might be safer there right now will be a service oriented business that will directly benefit the residents.

Flower shop, dry cleaners, tailor, bakery, deli, hair salon/barber, food vendor or any type of shop that can/will draw most of its clientele from within the building itself and the surrounding few blocks.
