Anyone remember Fritz’s restaurant in the now defunct Sawmill in Terra Lose Center? It didn’t last long…it was Italian themed

INS Market is closed, which is not surprising.

Delux is still closed and waiting to be replaced by a new tenant.

INS has been a big disappointment. Don't office workers go down for a snack or a pop on their break any more?

I don't know exactly what was wrong with their approach, but somehow it seemed half baked. Their locations never seemed busy.

I think pricing was part of their issue, I went to their Jasper ave location once and all the prices seemed high.

I was at the location once and a bottle of coke was cheaper at the Tims on L2.
