Friend just moved in here and loves it. Must be one of the best new spots DT. Would be great to have 10th of this quality and size in the next 5 years.

Have there been any new proposals recently for DT? Seems like everything is digging and climbing, but no new proposals in a while. Would hate to have a 3 year stall.

110 st from Ezio to Jasper is also an extremely underrated little street to live on.

Anything think cantiro will do anything downtown/Oliver in the next while? Or is west block and their suburbs work the only stuff?

Who bought the old alberta health services property in grandin again? Cantiro would be a sweet developer for that. Basically do the west block project again. Condos, a few rentals, some office/commercial.

I sure hope Cantiro does another vertical project. This one sure seemed like a success and West Block is coming along nicely.

Unfortunately, I don’t think the Alberta Government ended up selling that Eric Cormack property.
