Why does this project seem to be proceeding at warp speed compared to so many other projects around the city?

All of the structural pieces were pre-manufactured off site and therefore were speedily erected on-site... special note -- this is a Dub project.

Does the city typically give updates on projects like this in terms of on schedule and on budget part way through like we are at?

I'm hearing this project is overbudget - and not by one or two million.

The database page says it's on budget, but I don't know when it was last updated.

And I have also heard that they were slightly over budget.
