Well hopefully we see something soon. We were told a tower will follow shortly.
Just a bit wider vs boxy should make this easy, no?350+ units seems ambitious for 35 storeys unless they're planning on bringing a taste of Toronto to this development in the form of 300 sqftbroom closetsstudio apartments.
For reference, Falcon I is well endowed in terms of girth and it only has ~230 units in 27 floors of residential (excluding the podium).
I feel like this has been extensively discussed in multiple threads, but it’s essentially a bunch of the team from One moving over after their bankruptcy.“……partnered with Integro Developments to add a 35 storey residential tower….”
Anyone heard of them?

Still a thousand times better than what was there.Every time I see a picture of our "entertainment district" [sic], I don't know whether to laugh, cry, or foam at the mouth for what was delivered.
10-year anniversary this year. SMH.
They didn't lease to the banks because there was a long line up of other good potential tenants during and after COVID. Before they tried to attract a new movie theatre here, but that fell through.True, but it's the wasted potential and lack of delivery of promises that burns our collective butts.
