They are consolidating the existing 3 CRUs in the NE corner of Block BG into one large CRU, so maybe they have a specific tenant in mind... Application says 'to accomodate a future tenant', so could be the case.
One Properties just posted a new March 2025 leasing brochure for Ice District which shows the new consolidated Unit B. How the final two EF units fronting the plaza have not been leased is beyond me.
