It would be good if they have this Sport Chek space then visible from the street - create some life and visual interest along 102 Ave and this corner.

are you talking about Artwerks? Its very much still alive in the core on rice Howard way and has been in business for 25 years or so.

The east side has had several spaces filled and is looking better, but it is nice to see a space also filled on the west side.

I feel this is a good spot, close to the other stores nearby and in an area that will get pedway traffic to the office towers to the south.
